Day 5
We are still at Kamonkoli. When we arrived, at least a hundred people were waiting to check-in. It seemed like a very steady pace. We gave out 900 nets, but that wasn’t enough. There were probably 50 patients who didn’t get a net.
We had one serious case today. A middle-aged gentleman had a brain clot. We sent him to the hospital for surgery thanks to your generosity.
This was Ryan’s last day. He was off to Entebbe mid-afternoon. It was a joy to have the excitement and energy of a young man who grew up in our church. The young Bible College students and other young men appreciated having someone their age come to visit.
