Student City Mission Trip - Day 2
This week we are on our Student City Mission Trip where we will serve, worship, and evangelize in the Katy and Houston areas at several organizations geared toward fighting hunger in Houston.
Today we served at the Houston Food Bank where we sorted over 9,350 pounds of food which will feed 800 Houston families.
Afterward, we had lunch at a Guatemalan restaurant called Toto Landia where we tried pupusas and other traditional Guatemalan fares. Our students were able to share lunch with a homeless woman and share about our church and mission this week.
